COACHING

Coaching is a process that assists a group or individual achieve a goal. Business coaching assists an organization or team in achieving one or more business goals. It involves organizing and prioritizing business goals, and developing a series of interim goals and milestones to follow towards them. The Ronel Data approach begins with a strategy session to determine goals, priorities, time frames, and availability of people and resources. A schedule of goals and realistic time frames is produced as an initial roadmap. Coaching sessions are then scheduled to follow the roadmap, including on-site visits, follow up emails, conference calls, and other forms of communication. Each session includes a review of progress, question/answer conversations, and time “in the trenches” for hands-on development and taking action.

Coaching from Ronel Data is available in a many formats. We offer customized 6-month and 3-month packages that include more than just weekly coaching calls. There are also one-day or two-day customizable intensive sessions that can help you and your team focus on the most important issue or two to boost productivity, company culture, and/or customer service. Upgrades from intensive sessions to packages are available at the end of each intensive session. We can help you choose the one that best fits you and your team.
